This patient had implants put in previously by another surgeon and they were either too high or had become encapsulated and her own tissue had fallen over the implants causing a droopy appearance. Her implants and capsule were both removed and she had enough of her own tissue to do a breast lift to achieve a more youthful look. A breast Lift or Mastopexy was done to eliminate the sagging of her own tissue, now that the implants are gone, to give the breasts a more appealing shape and contour. Patient is very happy with her result, photos were taken at 3 months post surgery and she has returned to normal activity level.
